JOB POSTING INFORMATION & RATES

The most effective Internet recruitment ads contain the employer's logo and activated links for web addresses and email responses.  These elements are included in our pricing so be sure to include them in your ads.  Please forward your logo as a GIF or JPEG file or provide the URL where we can fetch the logo.

Single Posting: (All Postings Are For 60 Days)

• A single posting is an ad containing one job description posted to a single category.

• Price = $150.00

• For placement in additional categories add $25.

• Contact DiversityLink for pricing on ads containing multiple positions.

Multiple Postings Packages: (All postings must be submitted in one bundle.)

• 3-5 postings = $135.00 each

• 5-10 postings = $125.00 each

• 10 or more postings = $100.00 each

Notes:

1. All ads will be posted to DiversityLink.com and also to Jobs40Plus.com unless otherwise directed.
2. All ads are posted to one of our 51 affiliated "State" sites, i.e. JobsnAlabama, JobsnDC, etc.

How To Submit Job Postings:

Single job postings should be forwarded via email .  In addition to the text of the ad we require the following information --1) a purchase order number or other form of authorization, if utilized by your organization; 2) name, email address and phone number of the person responsible for the posting; 3) complete billing instructions including the name of the person with the authority to approve invoices; 4) a designated category [or categories] in which to place the ad; 5) indicate whether placement is to be made to both DiversityLink.com and Jobs40plus.com.

Ads will be posted within 24 hours of receipt and invoices issued promptly.  Our terms are 30 days.

We accept credit card payments, either Visa or Mastercard.  Should you wish to pay by credit card please so note with your ad submission and we will call you to obtain your credit card information.

"Partner" Memberships:

Effective Internet recruiting requires a continuous presence at the site (sites) of your choice.  Our "Partnerships" give your organization that presence through one or more of the following options:

• Jr. Partner  -- includes your name in our database, either "Search Companies", "Search Colleges/Universities" or "Search Non Profit &  Other Organizations" with a link to your organization's "Profile" ---- PLUS
  1) a link from your "profile to the employment page at "your" website --- thus allowing our visitors to view the job postings at your website
  2) a link from your "profile to your own "searchable" job folder for job ads you've placed at DiversityLink.
  3) unlimited job postings at the reduced rate of $75 per posting.

  Price = $300 per year
  
  NOTE: See "Single Posting" above for ads with multiple positions and for ad placement in more than one category.
   
• Partner-- includes all the features of the "Jr. Partner" PLUS
  1) unlimited job postings - "Direct Post" --- after receiving an account ID and password you may post ads directly to our website utilizing our ad template --- basically a copy and paste or typing event.  You may edit ads and are responsible for the removal of outdated ads. Ads are automatically posted to both DiversityLink.com and Jobs40Plus.com. Note: This option is not available through nor can it be used by Advertising Agencies or Job Posting Services of any kind.
  Price = $1200 per year
  
  2) unlimited job postings - "We Post" --- forward your job ads to DiversityLink and we will edit, format and post the positions for you.  We  will also remove the ads when they expire or if you advise us to do so.
  Price = $1200 per year + $25 per ad
  
  3) Free placement of Job Fair information on our "Job Fair/Events" page.

Written authorization (via US mail or electronic mail) is required for the purchase of any posting "package". The information required is the same as that  noted under "How To Submit Job Postings".  Fees for packages may be paid by credit card, as noted above, or will be billed upon acceptance of the order and are due and payable within 30 days of our invoice.  Late payment may result in the cancellation of the contract.
