Banner Health seeks Revenue Cycle Analyst Program Senior Manager-Supervisor to work in Phoenix and Mesa, AZ.

Provide Revenue Cycle analytical support for financial positioning and future growth within assigned service line. Lead in the development, analysis, and preparation of strategic Revenue cycle metrics and review current operating results to achieve overall system and entity strategic goals, and objectives.

May supervise staff as directed by leadership. Provide effective leadership and promote teamwork both internally and externally. Select, train, coach, motivate, conduct performance evaluations, and direct the workflow for the staff. Responsible for intermediate to advance level queries in SQL or similar language.
