Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager, Unity Technologies SF, New York, NY. Drive customer relationships with a focus on increasing adoption and utilization of customer products by providing technical insights and support. Conduct detailed market and business opportunity analyses. Create and build economic and financial models supported by robust technical data. Collaborate with various business and technical teams to prioritize decision making and emphasizing technical considerations. Optimize business processes using advanced BI tools and analytics. Develop specialization in the technical aspects of the VAS space and competitive landscapes. Perform technical troubleshooting to resolve customer issues and enhance product experience. Manage technical devices by acquiring in-depth knowledge of release management, version control and Android device version requirements. Implement Tier 1 QA processes to maintain high standards in technical service delivery and product performance.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. $188,440 - $198,440/yr.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or a related field, and three (3) years of related work experience.

Must have three (3) years of experience with/in:

• Strategic partnership management;
• Technical troubleshooting and device management;
• Release management and version control systems;
• Performing technical data analysis and manipulation using Microsoft Excel;
• Using CRM software – Salesforce to manage technical aspects of customer relationships; and
• Working in the technical area of an ad-tech, telecom or e-commerce industry.

Telecommuting permitted on a hybrid schedule as determined by the employer.
