Lead IT Business Analyst, (Smith & Nephew, Inc., Memphis, TN): Collaborate with the functional leaders and product owners to define, justify, and deliver IT Services. Provide input to strategic direction and facilitate the process to collect and define Customer Solution requirements. Provide expert advice and recommendations on industry trends and best practices. Contribute to the development of roadmaps to achieve the long and short-term capability needs of Global Operations. Conduct analysis on business or systems processes to identify improvements and calculate cost and benefit data. Analyze document testable business requirements, and liaise with customers, end users and the Information Technology team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or Analytics plus 5 years of post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related role.

Of the required experience, must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software such as Oracle or SAP
• ERP Workstream in Global Supply Chain, Order Management or Finance
• ERP analytics to provide process Flow documentation, Metrics, and standard operating procedures for ERP workstream.

Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:

• Excel
• Word
• Visio
• PowerPoint
• Document Control applications to process requirement gathering activities for projects;
• Regulatory Requirements and how to record changes in an ERP system
• IT related Quality Control and Standards for project documentation
• Batch and serial number inventory management.

100% Telecommuting permitted.

Must be willing to travel up to 10% (90% domestic and 10% international) to attend workshops and visit other Smith & Nephew, Inc. sites.
