Description:

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, EMPLOYER RELATIONS AND RECRUITING, Sloan School of Management-Career Development Office (CDO), to contribute to and play a substantial role in providing consultative and broad-based strategic thinking about aligning CDO relationships and resources with the career interests of students across multiple programs.  Will be responsible for developing and managing the activities of extensive campus recruiting programs for healthcare/life sciences, technology (East Coast), entertainment/media/sports, energy, real estate, telecom, and other industries as needed.  This involves advising on recruiting strategy, scheduling, and ensuring companies' pre-recruiting events, presentations, and on-campus interview visits run smoothly and meet the needs of highly engaged students and employers.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED - a bachelor’s degree; at least three years of career services experience; professional work experience, including experience in a client or customer-facing role; ability to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders, including employers, students, staff, and faculty; and ability to strengthen and expand client- or customer relationships. Experience working in either a university, corporation, or search firm in a recruiting or employer relations function would be ideal. PREFERRED - master’s degree in related field and a background in healthcare and/or the tech industry. Job #20783-8
