Description: Director, Human Resources Job Overview Aerojet Rocketdyne, an L3Harris Technologies Company is seeking a highly motivated Director, Human Resources at our Camden, AR facility. This position will be responsible for the strategic leadership of Human Resources activities to support business and organizational objectives for this Missile Solutions site located in the Highland Industrial Park in East Camden, AR. We are one of the largest employers in southern Arkansas, with current and planned growth in the next few years – demonstrating our commitment to the Golden Triangle geographic area. Our growing Camden, AR site (inclusive of ~1100 employees) is a large solid rocket motor facility that supports our nation’s most important next generation national security programs, hypersonics and missile defense targets. Camden is also where we produce solid rocket motors and warheads critical to the nation’s defense.
