JOB DESCRIPTION
The Human Resources Consultant will provide internal consulting to the Senior Leadership team in the Carecast Operating Unity. Serving as the business partner with the leadership team, corporate service leaders as well as other areas of expertise in Human Resources, consultation is provided in the areas of employee relations; recruitment; compensation; work force performance development; labor planning; process design or redesign; organizational assessment measures and tools; organizational planning; managing change; and communication strategies.
REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires a demonstrated ability to build constructive and effective relationships at the management level, contribute and recommend strategies for change and has demonstrated abilities to show sound judgment in advising and making business decisions. Bachelor's degree with minimum 8 years proven experience in employee relations, business leadership and/or organizational development experience required.
