| REQUIREMENTS |
| To become a part of the Swift family and to get more out of your career, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:
* MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD * Class A CDL * Clean driving record * Minimum of six months OTR experience for experienced drivers For those candidates who do not possess a Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL), we offer a 23-day course at our Swift Driving Academy. Training is also available for drivers with less than six months of experience.
