The National Parks Conservation Association, the nation’s leading national park advocacy organization seeks two experienced, effective advocates and program managers to lead two of our regional programs.

The directors will design and implement regional programs to protect national park resources and improve visitors' experiences; build and maintain key strategic alliances; and collaborate with national office staff to develop policy and expand fundraising initiatives. Will be a key member on several of NPCA’s national programs.

Ideal candidates will have strong personal commitment to national park protection and minimum of five years active involvement in conservation advocacy, resource management, or historic/cultural preservation. Demonstrated strategic program development and fundraising experience. Proven ability to build relationships across political and interest boundaries. College degree or equivalent experience in related field. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience in staff management. Significant travel required.
