This position reports to the Vice President of Human Resources and will provide leadership in the development, implementation and assessment of a positive labor and employee relations’ practice.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Management or related field required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Five years demonstrated experience as a leader in labor and employee relations with a large employer preferred.
- Five years demonstrated experience providing advice and guidance to management on labor relations' matters, including processing of grievances preferred.
