Description:

S/he will be responsible for building a “best in class" delivery team for end-to-end portfolio delivery of government line of business programs. S/he will ensure the successful delivery of programs leveraging best practices, industry experience, consulting mindset and focus on building a culture of continuous improvement and trusted partnership model. S/he will bring a technical delivery experience to offer insights and guidance to the matrixed delivery teams. S/he will exercise single point accountability for large scale program delivery and experience leading matrixed teams across the organization ($10-15M+). S/he will effectively manage delivery expectations with C-suite/VP level executive leadership. S/he will establish best in class delivery team aligned with government line of business partners on Medicaid and Medicare line of business. S/he will comply with enterprise delivery process and metrics to ensure wide scale adoption of iterative delivery principles. S/he will lead teams to deliver best practices around risk management, contingency planning on anticipated bottlenecks, provide critical issue management, balancing trade-offs, data driven decision making. S/he will use technical expertise to comprehend line of business ecosystem across various internal and external applications/vendor ecosystem to lead through ambiguity in order to meet delivery imperatives.

REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science and seven years of work experience in Technology Delivery, Solution Architecture, and Program Management. Also must have 7 years of work experience with: 1) Agile and Waterfall development methodologies; 2) Integrating various applications with different technology platforms to enable end to end solution; 3) Cloud-based scalable enterprise apps solutioning and delivery; and 4) Managing SOW, MSA, RFP, SLA and Invoicing.
