Due to tremendous growth in our business, we are currently adding all levels of Microsoft Technology Consultants to consult with our clients on business process and information technology solutions. These positions may be located in the following locations: Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Tampa, Phoenix, Washington DC and Seattle.

As a Catapult Consultant, you will work with our clients to understand their business challenges, define solutions, and develop roadmaps for effective solution implementation. You will work closely with Catapult's Solution Architects, Account Executives, and Delivery Managers to deliver subject matter expertise to our clients around Catapult's service offerings, including cloud solutions.

This role will also include:
  • Providing functional business area and industry best practices to support successful delivery of solutions to Catapult clients
  • Eliciting and analyzing a client's business processes and requirements to better guide their technical decisions
  • Validating that the proposed solution(s) meet a client's requirements
  • Helping to define the scope of the project objectives, schedule, and overall solution approach
  • Delivering the technical solution
  • Teaming with the Catapult Delivery and Project Managers to plan and organize work commensurate to solution objectives, quality, and delivery schedule
  • Acting as the business liaison between client representative(s) and the Catapult delivery team(s)

What's required?

  • Minimum of 2+ years of business analysis/technical consulting experience; higher level Consultant roles require technical leadership experience with a minimum of 10+ years of experience
  • Ability to integrate knowledge from multiple sources/business functions to address strategic business and technical challenges
  • Credible and professional presence; strong analysis skills and ability to make critical business recommendations
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or related field
  • Willingness to travel 10-25%
