MIDDLE SCHOOL HISTORY TEACHER
Beaver Country Day School seeks a Middle School History teacher. Responsibilities will include teaching 6th grade Humanities and 7th grade U.S. History. Project-based instruction and collaborative inquiry are emphasized.
Competitive candidates will be committed to student-centered teaching and will have experience with differentiated instruction, using technology in the classroom, and collaborative learning. Strong interpersonal, organizational and management skills are essential to the role. Finally, candidates should exhibit a passion for working with students at all stages of development and participating fully in the BCDS community.
Salary and benefit package is very competitive.
Candidates with Master’s Degree and/or 2-3 years teaching experience preferred.
