GW Plastics, a fast growing global leader in healthcare precision injection molding and contract manufacturing to the world's most succcessful medical device companies, is expanding their manufacturing facilities in Tucson, Arizona, and is seeking experienced professionals for the following positions:

Industrial Engineer

This position is responsible for the efficient and robust operation of production medical device assembly lines, secondary processes, and material flow. This is a hands-on position, and will directly install, process, and troubleshoot new and existing manual and automated assembly lines. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing required, as well as the ability to write manufacturing procedures and validation (IQ, OQ, PQ) protocols. Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent preerred, as well as a minimum of 4 years' experience in employee supervision leading fast paced manufacturing teams. Medical device assembly experience preferred.

Process Engineer

Responsible for the implementation of fully qualified and documented injection molding production processes. Performs new mold and process improvement mold trials, troubleshoots production processes, audits production set-ups for adherence to documented processes, and identifies automation and productivity improvement opportunities. Degree in Plastics or Manufacturing Engineering preferred, with at least 5 years' experience in close tolerance injection molding processing, machines, robotics, and auxiliary equipment.

Clean Room Supervisor

Responsible for leading production activities for manufacturing and packaging of finished medical devices in Class 8 cleanroom environment. This position includes the supervision and training of employees, monitoring production efficiency and quality, maintaining cleanroom environment to meet regulatory requirements, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. Experience working in a medical device cleanroom environment is required, with demonstrated leadership ability and background.
