Description:

Civil Engineer (Multiple Positions) (Stantec Consulting Services, Inc.; Baltimore, MD): Design roadway, bridge, trail, bicycle, pedestrian, rail, and transit transportation facilities. Prepare plans, drawings, reports and specifications. Prepare studies, displays, evaluating impacts, developing alternatives, performing technical analyses, review plans, and estimating costs for the transportation facilities. Public outreach activities. 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.). Salary range is $106,350 - $123,094 per year.

Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience OR a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience with the following: Utilizing Microstation, InRoads and OpenRoads; Designing transportation facilities; Implementing civil design and engineering principles; Estimating project costs; Using Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook and Powerpoint; and Implementing Federal, State, and Local regulation, standards, and policies.

Must have a U.S. PE license.

Travel to various locations throughout the U.S. up to 10% is required.

Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week.
