Our mission is to make education work for all students. We give districts and schools a new way to look at themselves—with all their complexity and culture—to find ways to create a learning community with the best systems and supports to ensure all students graduate ready for college, career, and life. What We Need: Inflexion has an immediate opening for a full-time (.80 to 1.0 FTE) Research Associate to work out of our office in Eugene, Oregon. This position includes both research and consulting dimensions. What You Need To Be Successful: We are looking for a candidate driven by a desire to help improve school systems, particularly for student populations furthest from opportunity. We need an adaptive, flexible researcher who also excels at client consultation, relationship building, creative problem solving, and helping clients improve their capacities. We want someone who embraces the importance of communication and collaborative teamwork in a professional environment. We expect the incumbent to be intrinsically motivated, enthusiastic about our mission, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to balance working alone and with others. What We Offer: Inflexion wages are based on a nonprofit market-based compensation scale, with the annual starting salary for this exempt position ranging from $51,667 to $62,000.
