DEPUTY ENGINEERING MANAGER

Lead, define supervise & approve all plant major repairs in coordination w/ops, maintenance, plant QC inspector & sub-contractors. Oversee request for quotations (RFQ) development & prep for sub-contractors to bid plant system/equipment repairs or upgrades.

Requires: Bach degree or foreign equiv in Industrial Engineering or rel + 5 years' exp in position offered or rel. Must have 5 years' progressively resp exp w/water/steam cycles/ turbo machinery, hydraulic machines, heat exchanger, & valve & piping; analysis & performance of facilities & equipment in solar thermal energy industry; troubleshooting daily operational issues w/ ops & maintenance in solar-thermal facilities; systems & equipment repairs & upgrades definition, supervision, & commissioning solar thermal industry; MS Visual Basic programming language & Autocad; & process & instrumentation diagrams (P&ID) drawings.

Position requires 5% domestic travel.
