Description: Director, Project Fulfillment Duties: Cross-functional role spans marketing & market research initiatives & acts as central liaison between members of mult. Depts. Marketing: Ident. dominant heuristics (decision shortcuts) & emotions that drive physician/patient decision-making across 200 therapeutic categories. Leads small team to create value proposition statements & brand positioning that feed decision shortcuts & increase persuasiveness of marketing campaigns. Market Research: Designs, executes & analyzes qual. & quant. research to describe conscious & non-conscious drivers & barriers to decision-making. Creates quant. surveys, samples plans & timelines to ensure research objs. are addressed & responsive to the clients' bus. questions. Product Dev. & Enhancement: Assists w/product dev. & executing cont. improvement initiatives for existing products. Serves as subject-matter expert for 40+ therapeutic areas. Creates productivity impact models to est. economic burden of chronic diseases on company's workforce. Performs extensive lit. search to capture & derive conclusions for model. Leverages tech. skills to dev. & maintain internal reporting systems utilizing data automation, dashboards, & performance metrics to address bus. issues & support bus. decisions.
