R1 RCM Inc., Director, Client Services, Murray, UT. Help to solve challenges across healthcare facilities and medical practices through technology-enabled revenue cycle management services. Responsible for execution of the Emergency Department physician Customer Success strategy. Support team goals of retention, growth, reference ability and account health for assigned portfolio of Customer Success Managers and their customer base. Plan team strategy and leadership for Customer Strategic relationship plans. Deal with small and medium-sized healthcare enterprises’ escalations and needs. Mentor and supervise team members. Executive oversight of performance metrics for customer base. Process optimization and execution within the Customer Success team as well as across other functional areas within Independent Physicians. Oversee account health identification and account plans for team. Serve as proxy for VP customer success as needed for corporate meetings/initiatives. 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.). The salary range is $123,000 - $170,000 per year.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, and 7 years of post-bachelor’s progressive related work experience; OR a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, and 5 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 5 years of experience with the following: Microsoft Office; Medical billing; Analysis and presentation of trends to key company shareholders regarding medical services financial and logistics data, including trends in admissions and collections per patient; and Oversight of internal health care facilities operations’ performance and tracking Key Performance Indicators including coding turnaround time, payment posting turnaround time, and Acuity trends.

Telecommuting permitted anywhere in the U.S. up to 100%.

Travel to various locations throughout the US required up to 10%.
