An opportunity exists for a Designer at MEPPI within the SubStation Division (SSD). As the Designer you will work independently creating and modifying detailed company and customer drawings from sketches, layouts, or notes provided by Engineering using Autocad hardware and software. Contributes design modifications and provides supervision at the installation site during assembly and testing.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
• Associate degree in design technologies.
• A minimum of 3-5 years design experience.
• A minimum of 6 years drafting experience.
• A minimum of 3 years experience using Solid Modeling.
• Travel approx. 25% as necessary.
