Employee Assistant Consultant 3
San Francisco, CA

The EAC Consultant 3 position includes a broad range of EAP services including: Immediate Service phone delivery during daytime hours of operation, incident response management for work trauma (e.g. bank robberies and other workplace incidents); consultation to management and Human Resources professionals on a number of work and behavioral health issues including: troubled team members, Fitness-For-Duty assessments, threat management and other complex issues; support for specific Wells Fargo businesses; onsite and virtual training presentations; and participation on EAC Projects and Service Teams. A key element of this position is flexibility: job tasks are flexed based upon frequently changing business needs. Position can be located in San Francisco, CA or Minneapolis, MN

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavioral health assessment, clinical consultation, critical incident response, case management, and other customer services to Wells Fargo Team members and their families through participation in day time Immediate Service Delivery
  • Provide professional consultation to Wells Fargo managers and HR professionals about behavioral health issues affecting the workplace, workplace conduct issues, change management or other business line issues
  • Provide on site incident responses as needed
  • Provide specialized consultation on disability management, threat management, fitness for duty and other complex areas as needed to Wells Fargo managers and HR professionals
  • Provide support to one or more of Wells Fargo businesses through customized EAC services, management consultation, training development and delivery, and other business support services as needed
  • Establish and maintain key line business or Corporate Group Customer relationships
  • EAC Project Management
  • Membership on an EAC Functional Team

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ years counseling or employee relations consulting experience

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Masters Degree in behavioral sciences3-6 years post-Masters clinical experience1-3 years Employee Assistance or corporate organizational experience
  • Professional independent license to practice mental health
  • Excellent consultation skills and the ability to effectively consult with managers, HR partners and team members on a diverse range of topics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with all levels of team members, managers, and HR partners
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office Applications Excellent team work and conflict resolution skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Five or more years of Employee Assistance or corporate/organizational experience
