SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: The Technical Services Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations of the Foundation’s New York Data Center. S/He will manage the operational efficiency of data center infrastructure and will be directly responsible for the maintenance, monitoring and technical support of data center infrastructure including IBM AS/400, Windows servers, VMWare, SAN, Back-up system, and Local area Network components in the data center. S/He will also be responsible for data center security and access control, disaster recovery and monitoring environmental systems (HVAC, UPS, etc/).
