As a Catapult Systems consultant you will have the opportunity to work with the latest Microsoft technologies and solutions in a dynamic work environment.

The Principal Consultant position requires that the individual maintain a broad range of Microsoft-related technical expertise. The ideal candidate will have strong project leadership skills including project planning, budgeting, staff assignment, client relations, and an understanding of Catapult’s project methodology. The Principal Consultant must have excellent client interaction skills and proficiency at client management at multiple levels in the organization.

Minimum requirements:

• Demonstrated success leading technology projects
• Full lifecycle development experience
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers and executives
• Experience architecting scalable applications
• Firm understanding of project management methodologies
• Strong presentation and written communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Technology consulting experience
• Significant working experience with Microsoft’s application development, collaboration, and project management products
• MCSD Certification
• Firm understanding of the Microsoft Solutions Framework
