Mine Operations Superintendents
Golden Minerals is currently looking for two Mine Operations Superintendents for an operation in Bolivia.
Should be able to assist the Mine Manager to ensure the mine production and operational activities are achieved to plan specifications by driving ongoing change in safety, productivity, cost and quality to promote continuous improvement.
Qualifications will include experience in open pit operations, fluency in English and Spanish, wide knowledge in mining operations, management tools, continuous improvement systems and total quality. Good organizer, results oriented, innovative and good problem solving skills.
