IT Business Analyst The IT Business Analyst will work with clients to identify solutions that support their business process. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, translating and documenting those needs, managing testing efforts and leading efforts to select a vendor solution. Emphasis will be on the use of UML Modeling to describe the business architecture and the business requirements. On-call support during off hours may be required on a rotating basis. Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Management. Ideal candidates should possess: Experience with Project Management Methodology, Systems Development Lifecycle, Vendor Relationship Management and IT Service Management processes is also desired. IT Infrastructure Consultant/Sr. Infrastructure Consultant-IT Technology Security The Consultant works with new security initiatives and provides ongoing security administration support that includes, but is not limited to: Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management Systems or a related discipline and a minimum of two years of relevant experience. Ideal candidates should possess knowledge of: Experience in project management, technical writing and Visual Basic programming skills, CISSP, GAIC (SANS), MCSE (security), or Cisco CSP certifications are also desirable. Successful candidates must have problem-solving, communication and decision-making skills and have the ability to effectively communicate in a team environment with above average interpersonal skills. Team Leaders - Help Desk Operations Provide leadership and direction to a team of employees responsible for level 1 help desk support to clients, incident/request system (i.e. BMC Remedy), data configuration, and metric management and reporting. Responsible for managing ITSM Incident and Knowledge Management processes for the IT organization. Team Leaders - Telecom Operations Support of all telecommunications equipment and facilities, including critical 24/7 operations. Provides leadership and support for a team of voice and data network professionals and key internal customers and business units. Team Leaders - Database Administration Support the company's Oracle, Microsoft SQL, and Sybase database environments. This position also leads the Performance & Capacity Management Team.
