This full-time position is located on the University of Nevada, Reno campus. As Office Administration and Communications Coordinator, the position will oversee the daily operations of the office and serve as liaison between the station manager and staff. Duties include: general administrative support to the Station Manager, News Director, and staff; coordinate calendars, compose and edit correspondence, assess internal procedures and policies, identify and evaluate problems, determine solutions; create and/or coordinate station contracts and agreements; coordinate the CPB annual audit; schedule and manage paid on-air advertising (traffic management); donor relations software administrator (Raiser’s Edge); create and manage personnel documents; inventory management of sensitive equipment; prepare the annual budget, reconcile and monitor accounting activities; supervise subordinate staff regarding accounting duties, monthly billing, new memberships and related clerical duties; and other duties related to office management and broadcasting.
