American Italian Pasta Company ("AIPC") is the largest producer of dry pasta in North America.

Locations & Operating Hours

Our corporate office located in Kansas City, Missouri with office hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

AIPC currently has three U.S. manufacturing facilities:

Columbia, South Carolina

Excelsior Springs, Missouri

Tolleson, Arizona

The plants operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  All manufacturing employees work 12 hour days on a rotating calendar.  The first week is 4 days on, three days off and the second week is 3 days on, 4 days off.  Sanitation workers and office staff work an 8 hour day shift.
